Teddy Arrives from UK for Our Kids!

A wonderful friend in the UK, Lindsay Judd, spent hours, weeks and months making these beautiful teddies to give to our kids as gifts. In Acholi, our language in the area we live, there is no word for TOY since children’s need for such things is not really appreciated. As soon as the kiddos come back to school, they are going to flip out! Above, Sheila Craig took a great deal of trouble and effort to bring the Teddies from Kenya to Uganda!

Each one is just sooo cute and unique! Their scarves always match their pants and they are really beautiful! Hearty thanks to Babs and Sheila Craig for taking all the trouble to get them from UK to Kenya and Kenya to Uganda and to Lindsay for making them!
